Netrani Island, or the Pigeon Island, is a small island located in the Arabian Sea, close to Mangalore in Karnataka. Best Time to Visit Netrani Island The ideal time to visit Netrani island is during December and January. Scuba diving, snorkelling and other water sports are not encouraged here from June to September as the sea is rough during this period, making it dangerous for such adventurous activities.
